Applies to registration for and attendance at the MathX Thinkers Masterclass.
1. The offer
The MathX Thinkers Masterclass is a free, live educational webinar hosted by Rakhi Chawla and Ed3Dverse.
2. Eligibility
Open to parents and guardians of children aged 3 to 18, and to educators. Ed3Dverse reserves the right to decline registration.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Content is educational. Individual results depend on implementation and are not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual property
All masterclass content, MATHOS resources and materials are the property of Ed3Dverse and may not be redistributed or resold.
5. Conduct
Participants agree to behave respectfully in the live session and the WhatsApp community. Ed3Dverse may remove participants who violate this.
6. Changes to the program
Ed3Dverse may reschedule, modify or cancel a session with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Ed3Dverse is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation.
8. Governing law
Laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
